Decoding evolution through the mechanism of genomic readout

Our laboratory focuses on DNA sequence information of various organisms from an evolutionary phylogenetic viewpoint, and integrate the accumulating knowledge of cellular-level phenomena from genome-wide molecular profiling, in order to understand the origin of life at the molecular level. See the Research page for details.
