For medaka fish

Our lab is a part of the Japan's domestic circle for supporting medaka biology, called National Bioresource Project (NBRP). For this circle, in December 2022, we launched the web server MedakaBase hosting some sequence analysis tools and a genome browser displaying the resources available through the public database NCBI and Ensembl. Some resources available at MedakaBase, for example, draft genome sequences of mekong and luzon medaka species are original.
